The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Yong Ook "Frank" Choee, 53, was last seen on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, just after midnight in the area of Bayview Avenue and Ruddington Drive.
He is described as Asian, 5'11", with a thin build and dark short hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey sweatpants.
Due to the cold temperatures, police are concerned for his safety.
