The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Mischief to a Toronto Police Car and Threatening a Toronto Police Officer investigation.

On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Yoel Martinez-Hernandez, 19, of Toronto, turned himself over to police. He is alleged to be Suspect #2. He was arrested and charged with:
1. Mischief
He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at Old City Hall courts, at 11:00 a.m., in room 111.
Police have released a new photograph of suspect #5. He is wanted for:
1. Threatening death
