Fail to Remain at Collision, 4 year old injured 1245 Victoria Park Avenue, Update, Woman Arrested and Charged

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in a Fail to Remain investigation that has lead to a second arrest.

See previous release.

On Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 6:16 a.m., Breanne Lynn Maclellan, 32, of Markham, turned herself in to police.

She is charged with:

1. Leave Accident Scene Cause Bodily Harm

She is scheduled to appear in court today, Thursday, May 30, 2019, at College Park Courts, at 10:00 a.m., in room 507.
