Javed Hoosain, 39, of Toronto.

He is wanted for:

1. Aggravated Assault
2. Forcible Confinement
3. Assault
4. Threatening Bodily Harm
5. Assault with a Weapon
6. Assault Causing Bodily Harm
7. Threatening Death

He is described as 5'9", 170 lbs.
