The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation and is requesting assistance identifying three men.
It is reported that:
- on Monday, December 2, 2013, just after midnight, at 12:30 a.m., a 31-year-old woman was waiting for a bus in the Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue West area
- she was approached by three men in a newer-model white Infiniti
- she was pushed into the vehicle and sexually assaulted by two of the men as the third man continued driving
- the woman jumped out of the moving vehicle to escape, in the Eglinton Avenue and Yonge Street area.
The woman received non-life-threatening injuries from her escape.
The men are described as:
#1 - brown, 25-35, 5'9", medium build, black curly, shoulder-length hair. He was clean-shaven, has a round face, large nostrils, thick lips. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black nylon jacket, grey or dark-colour sweater, and black trackpants with three white stripes.
#2 - brown, 25-35, taller than suspect #1, medium build, short black hair, unkempt mustache with several days' growth of beard. He was wearing a black baseball cap, 3/4-length, puffy black coat and white shirt.
#3 - brown, 25-35, medium build, curly black hair that was wavier to the shoulder. He was wearing a black knit hat and black jacket.
The vehicle was a white, newer-model, clean, four-door Infiniti.
