Three men arrested in series of cell phone store robberies, Stolen cell phones recovered

On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, Hold Up Squad officers arrested three men in connection with a series of cell phone store robberies.

It is alleged that:

- between Sunday, Feb 17, 2013 and Tuesday, March 19, 2013, three men robbed seven cell phone stores in Toronto

- during each robbery, the men were masked and indicated they were armed

- they stole a quantity of cell phones and fled the scene

On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, police executed a search warrant at a home in the Finch Avenue West/Weston Road area.

It is further alleged that:

- police seized stolen cell phones

Brandon Caleb, 26, of Toronto; Jafari Hunter, 21, of Toronto; and Cosmo James 28, of Toronto, were each charged with:

1) seven counts of Robbery
2) seven counts of Disguise with Intent
3) Possession of Stolen Property
