The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing boy.
Jack Carlton, 15, was last seen on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at approximately 8 a.m., in the area of Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue.
He is described as 5’8”, 150 lbs., with shaved brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a plaid winter jacket, a black hooded top, blue jeans, and black/red “Jordan” running shoes.
Police are concerned for his well-being.
