The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance identifying a person wanted in an Arson Investigation.
Between Monday, December 17, 2018, and Tuesday, January 15, 2019, police responded to three calls for fires in the Bathurst Street and Sheppard Avenue West area.
It is alleged that:
- on Monday, December 17, 2018, at approximately 6:30 a.m., an unknown suspect set a portable toilet on fire at a construction site near Cocksfield Avenue and Wilmington Avenue
It is further alleged that:
- on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at approximately 5 a.m., a fence was set on fire in the Gorman Park Road and Alexis Avenue area
It is further alleged that:
- on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at approximately 3 a.m., a garbage dumpster was set on fire near the corner of Alexis Boulevard and Bathurst Street
Security images have been released.
The suspect in each instance conceals their identity with a hooded jacket, with the hood up, while travelling on a bicycle.
