The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Ricardo Mesa, 61, was last seen on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at approximately 8:00 a.m., in the King Street West and Spencer Avenue area.
He is described as 5’6”, 115-120 lbs., with a scar on the right side of his face. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, faded black jeans, with yellow and green shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
