Two men face 22 charges in three robbery investigations, One suspect remains outstanding, Joshua Moskaluk, 34, Photograph released

On Monday, November 11, 2013, members of the Hold Up Squad, with officers from Major Crime Units from 12 and 23 Divisions, arrested two men in a series of three robbery investigations. A third man remains outstanding.

It is alleged that:

- on Sunday, November 10, 2013, three men entered a 7-11 on Bathurst Street

-wearing disguises and armed with screwdrivers/knife, the men took control of the store employee, force him to the ground and assaulted him

- the men stole a quantity of cigarettes and cash before fleeing

- the employee was treated in hospital for his injuries

It is further alleged that:

- on Sunday, November 10, 2013, three men stole a van from the Scarlett Road and Scarlettwoods Court area

- the men drove to Jing Variety on Marlee Avenue

- wearing disguises and armed with screwdrivers, the men entered the store, jumped over the counter, held down the employee and assaulted him

- the men stole a quantity of cigarettes and cash before fleeing

- the employee was treated at hospital for his injuries

It is further alleged that:

- on Monday, November 11, 2013, three men stole another vehicle from the Scarlett Road and Scarlettwoods Court area

- the men drove to a store on Broadview Avenue

- wearing disguises and armed with screwdrivers/knife, the men entered the store, jumped over the counter, pushed the employee to the ground and held a knife to her throat

- the men stole a quantity of cigarettes, lottery tickets and the cash register before fleeing

Jamie Jamieson, 42, of Toronto, and Mick Hlookoff, 28, of Toronto, have each been charged with:

1. three counts of Robbery
2. three counts of Wear Disguise
3. three counts of Weapons Dangerous
4. two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

Mick Hlookoff is additionally charged with Possession of Cocaine.

The accused appeared in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.

One man remains outstanding. A warrant for the arrest of Joshua Moskaluk, 34, has been issued.
