On Monday, November 11, 2013, members of the TPS Sex Crimes Unit, Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant in a child pornography investigation.
It is alleged that:
- the accused was making available child pornography online via his gaming system
- the accused was accessing and saving child sexual abuse images/videos
Andrew Shah, 20, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Make Available Child Pornography
2. Possession Child Pornography
3. Access Child Pornography
He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, room 306.
