On Sunday, November 10, 2013, at 12:30 a.m., police responded to a shooting call on Main Street near Kingston Road.
Officers attended and located a man in the lobby of a building, suffering from obvious injuries.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
The victim has been identified as Gaethan Kitadi, 20, of Toronto.
It is reported that:
- the victim was celebrating his birthday with a number of friends and family
- an altercation took place and the victim was shot
