The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Sunday, July 1, 2018, at approximately 1:40 p.m., officers attended a grocery store in the Yonge Street and Davisville Avenue area.

On Friday, August 3, 2018, Michael Wilson-Smith, 65, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1. Two counts of Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at 10 a.m., in room 505.
Police are concerned there may be other victims.
