The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a wanted man.
Dellan McMorris, 24, was wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred in the Richmond Street West and Peter Street area on Sunday, August 4, 2013.

He was arrested on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at 11:30 p.m. He has been charged with:
1. Discharge firearm endanger life
2. Point firearm
3. Unauthorized possession of a firearm
4. Possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition
5. Three counts of Mischief under
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 10 a.m., room 101.
