On Wednesday, September 11, 2013, Justin Nolin, 28, of Toronto was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Disobeying court order
2) Fail to comply with probation
He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in courtroom 101.
