On Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., in the media gallery at headquarters, the Toronto Police Service will be joined by partner law enforcement agencies to announce details of Project Mercury, an international investigation involving the online sexual abuse of children.
Speakers will include:
- Staff Superintendent Myron Demkiw, TPS
- Detective Constable Janelle Blackadar, TPS
- Melissa Ruiz, Attaché, Homeland Security Investigations, Ottawa
- Graham Ellis, National Crime Agency, (U.K.)
Other agencies represented:
- RCMP – Saskatchewan I.C.E. Unit
- Ottawa Police Service
