The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
-on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, the man, 80, was tutoring a girl, 12, at his residence when he sexually assaulted her
On Monday, March 5, 2018, Sivalingam Vallipuram, 80, of Toronto, was arrested.
He was charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
3) Sexual Exploitation
He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 10 a.m., room 412.
