Guo Xu, 22, was last seen on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 11 a.m., in the Kennedy Road and Finch Avenue East area.
He is described as 5'6", 130 lbs., medium build, brown hair. There is no clothing description.
Police are concerned for his safety.
