Robert Humphrey, 51, faces five charges in ongoing Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Uttering Threats investigation, Man's photographs released

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an ongoing Sexual Assault, Sexual Exploitation and Uttering Threats investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Sunday, February 18, 2018, a man, 35, reported he had been sexually assaulted numerous times from 1993 to 2001, between the ages of 11 and 19

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at 5 p.m., Robert Humphrey, 51, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Exploitation
3) two counts of Uttering Threats

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, February 22, 2018, 10 a.m., room 306.

Robert Humphrey had access to children through coaching baseball and working in hockey rinks in Toronto.
