Sexual Assault Alert, Eglinton Avenue West/Weston Road, TTC security camera image released

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.

It has been reported that:

- on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 10 a.m., a woman noticed a man as she walked to the bus platform at Keele subway station

- the woman travelled to the Eglinton Avenue West and Weston Road area when the same man exited the bus with her

- as the woman walked, she noticed him following her

- a short time later, the man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her

- the woman fought him off and the man fled

The suspect description is black, 20-25, 5'7", 140 lbs., He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured long-sleeved hoodie, beige cargo pants and dark high-top runners.
