On Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at 5:45 a.m., police responded to a personal injury collision involving a cyclist, on Kennedy Road at Stratton Avenue.
It is reported that:
- a 42-year-old man was riding his bicycle westbound on Stratton Avenue, at Kennedy Road
- the cyclist entered the southbound lanes of Kennedy Road and was struck by a southbound Honda Civic vehicle, driven by a 39-year-old man
- the cyclist was thrown to the ground
The cyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
