On Friday, March 15, 2013, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., 41 Division officers, in conjunction with the 41 Division Community Police Liaison Committee and Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation and Proaction Cops & Kids, will be hosting their 7th Annual Family Skate Day, at Don Montgomery Community Recreation Centre, at 2467 Eglinton Avenue East.
Come out for an enjoyable afternoon of skating with your local police officers. The skating is free and we will be providing skates to children who do not have any. Please bring a helmet, if possible. Children under six years of age are required to have a CSA-approved helmet.
This event is not possible without the assistance of the public who generously donated over 100 pairs of skates.
There will be clowns and light refreshments will be served.
We invite members of our community to attend and meet the officers who work in their division.
