The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying two suspects in an Assault with a Weapon investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Monday, November 13, 2017, at 7:30 pm, suspect #1 entered the Tim Horton’s at 2501 Victoria Park Avenue
- suspect #1 approached a 50-year-old man and produced a piece of paper containing banking information
- suspect #1 told the man to pay his debt before leaving the restaurant
- the man left the restaurant and was confronted by suspect #1 and suspect #2 as he entered his vehicle
- suspect #1 pistol-whipped the man, causing facial injuries
- suspects #1 and #2 left the area on foot in an eastbound direction
Suspect #1 is described as black, 6’0”, 230 lbs, heavy build, wearing black coat, black pants, brown shoes, grey toque.
Suspect #2 is described as male, black, 5’10”, 180 lbs, medium build, 25, wearing red coat, jeans.
