Francisco Mesa, 50, was last seen on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at 4:50 p.m., in the King Street West and Bathurst Street area.
He is described as 5’7”, medium build, short black hair, brown eyes, wearing a black leather winter jacket, brown pants, brown shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
