The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a lost service dog.
On Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the Yonge Street and Davisville Avenue area.
It is reported that:
- a woman was walking on the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail
- she was approached and assaulted by a man
- during the assault, the woman's service dog fled
- "Jello" has yet to be found
The dog's name is "Jello" and is described as a blonde terrier, scruffy, approximately 30 lbs., wearing black jacket, pink striped collar with identity information for its owner. The tag also says "Hello my name is Jello."
