Police seek assistance identifying Person of Interest in Assault Investigation, Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West area, Photograph of Person of Interest released

The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance identifying a Person of Interest in an Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at approximately 9 a.m., a man was walking in the Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West area.

- he was approached by a man who assaulted him

- the man then fled and was last seen running towards Dundas Street West subway station

- the injured man was taken to hospital where he received treatment for his injuries

The man who fled is a Person of Interest. He is described as 20-30, approximately 5’10”, short black hair, black moustache. He was wearing a red golf shirt, black pants. His photograph is attached.
