The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.
On Friday, December 8, 2017, a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed at Eden Dispensary, 760 Queen Street West.
It is alleged that the following was seized during the execution of the search warrant:
- 8846.13 g (8.8 kgs) of marihuana oil
- 126.85 g of shatter
- 9870.17 g (9.8 kgs) of marihuana
- 377.72 g of hash
- $6,474 (Canadian currency)
Alexander McLean, 27, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Possession Schedule II Substance
2) Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II Substance
3) Possession Proceeds of Crime Over $5000
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m.
Kaniagha Malale, 32, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Possession Schedule II Substance
2 Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II Substance
3 Possession Proceeds of Crime Over $5000
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m.
Malcolm McKenzie, 22, of Brampton, is charged with:
1) Possession Schedule II Substance
2) Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II Substance
3) Possession Proceeds of Crime Over $5000
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m.
Rebecca Luong, 20, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Possession Schedule II Substance
2) Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II Substance
3) Possession Proceeds of Crime Over $5000
She is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m.
Heap Thomas, 19, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Possession Schedule II Substance
2) Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II Substance
3) Possession Proceeds of Crime Over $5000
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m.
