The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a woman found deceased.
On Monday, August 28, 2017, police located the body of a woman in Lake Ontario. The body was located 2.5 nautical miles offshore, in the Scarborough area.
All attempts to identify her have been unsuccessful. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
She is described as white, 40-70, 5'8", solid build, grey-and-light-brown hair. She had no distinguishable scars, marks or tattoos.
A small silver ring was found. An image of the ring is released. Anyone recognizing the ring is asked to contact police.
