The victim has been identified as Ninon (aka Nina) Hardie, 72, of Toronto.
On Wednesday, December 6, 2017, Christopher Hardie, 40, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Second-Degree Murder
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, 2 p.m.
