Jacqueline Elder, 27, was last seen on Monday, October 30, 2017, at approximately 5 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
She is described as 5’1”, thin build, blonde shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown leggings
Police are concerned for her safety.
