Richard Tate Greenaway, 43, was last seen on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 5:36 p.m., in the Islington Avenue and Elmhurst Drive area.
He is described as 5’4" - 5’6", medium build, short dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black varsity-style jacket with an emblem and leather sleeves, dark pants, black shoes with white trim, black-and-grey winter hat.
Police are concerned for his safety.
