The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Jan Lapacz, 62, was last seen on Monday, August 19, 2013, at 6:40 p.m., in the Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West area.
He is described as white, 5'11"-6', 165 lbs., medium build, brown eyes, with brown unkempt hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey jacket and a brown cotton hat. He may also be wearing a white cotton nightgown.
Police are concerned for his safety.
