On Sunday, August 20, 2017, at approximately 8 a.m., police were called to the College Street and Lippincott Street area for the Sound of Gunshots.
It is reported that:
- officers located Khadr Mohamed, 22, of Toronto
- he was deceased
On Monday, August 21, 2017, a post-mortem examination was conducted. The cause of death was determined to be a penetrating gunshot wound to the torso.
Investigators are appealing to witnesses who live, or may have been, in the area, who have video, or who heard gunshots around that time, to contact them.
