The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of the arrest of a fugitive.
On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, the Toronto Police Service Fugitive Squad arrested Christopher D. McCleary, 49, at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
It is alleged that:
- he was wanted on a Canada Wide Immigration Warrant for being Criminally Inadmissible to Canada
- he is also wanted in the United States for 2013 offences for:
1) four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree
2) Criminal Possession of Weapon in the third degree
3) Bail jumping in the second degree.
The Toronto Police Service Fugitive Squad worked in partnership with the United States Marshals Service, Edmonton Police Service and Peel Regional Police.
