The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a wanted man.
On Saturday, August 5, 2017, at 9:10 p.m., officers responded to the Lansdowne Avenue and Davenport Road area for a wounding call.

On Monday, August 7, 2017, at 8:38 p.m., Whitley Hunter, 45, of Toronto, was arrested. He has been charged with:
1) Attempt Murder
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, 10 a.m.
