The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a man wanted in an ongoing theft investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Thursday, July 31, 2013, a man stole a cell phone from a store owner in the Queen Street West/Dovercourt Road area
- the store's security surveillance system showed the man reaching over the counter and taking the cell phone before leaving the store
He is described as black, 18-25, 6', with a thin build, and short black hair. He was wearing baggy jeans, a black jacket, and a beige Gucci baseball cap.
