On Thursday, July 11, 2013, the Toronto Police Service issued a news release regarding a man wanted in a robbery investigation.

It is further alleged that:
- since Monday, June 24, 2013, the suspect is responsible for nine bank robberies in Toronto and two bank robberies in Winnipeg
- the last bank robbery was committed on Tuesday, July 29, 2013
Corey Richardson, 44, of no fixed address, is wanted for:
1) 11 counts of robbery
He is described as black, 5'6", 160 lbs., with a shaved head.
He is considered dangerous and should not be approached. Call 9-1-1 if located.
Today, the Canadian Bankers Association announced a $10,000 reward for public information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the bank robberies.
