The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a child pornography investigation.
It is alleged that:
- a man possessed and made available child sexual abuse material
On Thursday, April 27, 2017, the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Keele Street/Lawrence Avenue West area.
Sergio Vargas Illanes, 30, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
3) Distribute Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 2201 Finch Avenue West, at 2 p.m, in courtroom 206.
