The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing boy.
Matthew Howard, 16, was last seen on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at 3:45 p.m., in the Port Union Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.
He is described as white, 5'8"-5'9", 150 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.
Police are concerned for his safety.
